To all fusion players its important to eat the right foods the night before a game and also all day during game day so please cut back on junk food,
also it helps to sit or to lay down when you are not playing, or if you are not calling a game remember stay off your feet and rest and drink pleanty of water.

Well after there frist tournament at Myrtle Beach and taking 2nd in
Siliver Bracket It was back to the home state of N.C.,And we split and put two teams together fusion white and fusion blue.Both started the season off. The 13-Blue took 3rd with a 6-2 showing in the Copper Division,13-White came in 5th
Then on 2/11/12 they played again and went 5-5 not bad and went on to finish 4th,
Last weekend in Rockwell they started out strong at 4-0 but then lost the next match and ended the day in 4th again at 4-3 but over all the team is diong great and with most of the girls avg age at 12 and a few are 11, and being there 1st year we are proud of them.
We are looking foward to our next tournament when both our 13-Blue and 13-White will be playing at Eastren Randolph H.S.

We hope everyone had safe travels back home from South Carolina this weekend. The Fusion Teams did very well for their first out of state tournament. Many players have never been to a Tournament of this size and we hope it was a good experience for everyone. We look forward to the upcoming Region season. Take Care and Good luck.
